Farming
We own 40 hectares of vineyards in Valle de Ojos Negros, where we grow premium-quality grapes using organic farming practices certified by CCOF.
Production
We produce our wines in our own facilities, giving us full control over every step of the winemaking process. We have a winery in Ensenada, Baja California, for our Mexican wines, and another in McLaren Vale, South Australia, for our Australian production.

Our winemaking is led by Mauricio Ruiz Cantú, who brings more than 15 years of experience and has earned multiple awards for his wines. He ensures excellence at every stage, from grape selection to bottling.

OUR VINEYARD
Rancho "Uva de calidad"
Our vineyard is located in Valle de Ojos Negros, 40 kilometers from Ensenada, at an elevation of 690 meters above sea level. The area is defined by a continental climate and significant temperature shifts between day and night, creating ideal conditions for grape growing.
One of the vineyard’s key advantages is access to an abundant supply of high-quality water. We also have a frost-prevention system equipped with flippers and specialized fans, as well as a 45,000 m³ water reservoir.
We grow 11 red grape varieties: Shiraz, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsaut, Cabernet Franc, Nero d’Avola, Tinta de Toro, and Mourvèdre. We also cultivate eight white varieties: Marsanne, Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, Trebbiano, and Riesling.
Another defining feature of our vineyard is its organic certification from CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), reflecting our commitment to high standards of quality and sustainable farming practices.
